Son one who is 7 years old is so heavy on his shoes, they normally last 10 weeks at the most. Full off scuffs and scrapes. As we know children's shoes aren't cheap the latest pair were £40.00
The start of this term I invested in some old fashioned Kiwi boot polish and 2 boot brushes.
Every evening when he arrives home from school I have been applying the polish (with the dark brush) and brushing it off (with the lighter colour brush)
Result - The first pair of shoes he has outgrown since he has started school. Usually they have ended up in the bin long before they are out grown. They are looking very clean still and it makes them more waterproof!!
Kiwi boot polish can be found here at amazon for £1.56
