School shoe maintenance!

Son one who is 7 years old is so heavy on his shoes, they normally last 10 weeks at the most. Full off scuffs and scrapes. As we know children's shoes aren't cheap the latest pair were £40.00

The start of this term I invested in some old fashioned Kiwi boot polish and 2 boot brushes.
Every evening when he arrives home from school I have been applying the polish (with the dark brush) and brushing it off (with the lighter colour brush)

Result - The first pair of shoes he has outgrown since he has started school. Usually they have ended up in the bin long before they are out grown. They are looking very clean still and it makes them more waterproof!!

Kiwi boot polish can be found here at amazon for £1.56

Boot brushes i got in Morrisons for about £3.00

This post is based on my opinions, i have not been rewarded in anyway for my post.

Hey All,

I have recently found out we are expecting child number 3. I have started this blog, to document my journey from chaos to calm.

We have 2 boys darling son one is 7 years old and darling son two is 4 yrs old, we have I guess always wanted a 3rd child and decided to let nature take it's course, little did I know I would catch on month one of "trying to conceive!"

I am hoping to be able to save money, pay debts and get my house in some sort of order before this precious bundle of joy arrives.

I am hoping to be able to share this journey with you!
